No. All pricing listed on the website is accurate as shown.
We publish our dates approximately 60 days prior to the offering. For example, the end of January 2026, we will add dates for registration in April, 2026.
Nearly all registrations can be completed via our website. If there is a unique scenario in which you are needing special accommodations, you may contact us at 888-678-3128.
However, our phone office hours are limited. We are making this change as we move to an increasingly web based delivery of the seminars. It is essential that registrants are familiar with, and can navigate, the website.
Tong CE Seminars does not offer refunds for registrations. Should extenuating circumstances occur, please contact tongseminars@gmail.com for case-by-case consideration. If you would like to reschedule your seminar, we are happy to complete this request for you. The rescheduling fee is $25. You may request this reschedule at tongseminars@gmail.com. Please be sure to include the seminar date you are currently registered for and the date you would like to reschedule to.
Live Zoom seminars
How the live seminars run on Zoom.
Effective as of January 7, 2025 the CA State Board of Chiropractors has approved the offering of Live CE courses to be offered via an interactive and participatory Zoom/Webinar format.
Getting started (pre-meeting)
- Run a quick tech test: visit zoom.us/test to verify your speakers, microphone, and camera are functioning before your call.
- Download the latest app: for the best experience, download the Zoom Workplace desktop client or mobile app rather than using a browser. Keeping it updated ensures access to the latest features.
- Set your display name: before joining, confirm your name is spelled correctly and includes any relevant titles or pronouns to help others identify you.
- Join early: aim to join 2–5 minutes before the start time to troubleshoot any last-minute connection issues or software updates.
Essential controls & etiquette
- Mute by default: always join with your microphone muted to avoid introducing background noise.
- Maintain “virtual” eye contact: look directly at your camera lens while speaking instead of at participants on your screen.
- Use the space bar to unmute: hold down the space bar for temporary unmuting (push-to-talk).
- Use the Raise Hand feature: use the Raise Hand icon (found under “Reactions”) to signal questions or comments without interrupting.
Professionalism & environment
- Choose a neutral background: if your space is cluttered, use a blurred background or a professional virtual image.
- Minimize multitasking: avoid typing loudly, checking emails, or eating on camera—these behaviors are very noticeable.
- Optimize lighting: position light sources in front of you (such as a window) rather than behind you to avoid appearing backlit.

CE requirements & speakers
California’s 24 hours, the two tracks and our faculty.
Each track offers 12 CE hours that cover topics under the categories of radiology, ethics, and general chiropractic knowledge. Although the general categories are listed as above, the Track A and Track B sessions differ by the topics covered by the specific Speaker. The Tracks are designed to complement each other so that you receive the full, 24 hour required CEs per the Board regulations.
We encourage you to ensure you are meeting your specific CE needs by reviewing the Board website at chiro.ca.gov/licensees/ce.shtml.
In general, California chiropractors need 24 total CE hours annually, including 2 hours of Ethics/Law and 4 hours in specific techniques/billing/exam procedures, with up to 12 hours online, due by your birth month; these must be from Board-approved providers for renewal.
Here's a breakdown of the mandatory and general requirements:
- Total hours: 24 hours per year.
- Renewal deadline: the last day of your birth month.
- Mandatory hours (total of 6 hours): 2 hours of Ethics and Law, plus 4 hours in one or a combination of History Taking & Physical Examination Procedures, Chiropractic Adjustive Techniques, Chiropractic Manipulation Techniques, or Ethical Billing & Coding.
- General hours: 18 hours in any approved subject categories.
- Online / distance learning: you can complete a maximum of 12 hours through distance learning.
Speakers come to our team highly referred by their colleagues and are also thoroughly vetted by our program. Each speaker is approved by the Board and has a demonstrated history of excellence in Chiropractic Care. Our speakers are all based in CA as we provide an emphasis on CA education for CA chiropractors. Meet our speakers
